William Henning Obituary, Death – William “Bill” Henning IV, who had reached the age of 41 when he passed away on January 31, 2023, sadly did not make it through the ordeal. Makenzie and Hailey were blessed with a loving father in Bill, who was also the devoted fiance of Colleen Fails, who would subsequently become Bill’s fiancee. In addition to these individuals, he is survived by his mother, William (Imogene) Henning III, his sister, Sara Bailey, his brothers, Justin Cincirpini and Bradley Milbee, his best friend and brother, Brian Stephenson, as well as a large number of cousins, aunts, uncles, and other friends and acquaintances.

He will be greatly missed by all of these people. Bill Cinciripini’s mother, Joyce (Milbee) Cinciripini, passed away before to her son’s passing. Bill Cinciripini Bill obtained his degrees from both East Allegheny High School and Robert Morris University, which he attended. Both of these institutions are located in Pennsylvania. Bill was an incredible, amusing, and loving father to his family. He always made sure they had fun. He considered Colleen and their daughters to be the most significant people in his life. We will never forget the tremendous amount of love that Bill possessed, and that love will always be a part of our recollections of him.
