Thomas Fulford, who had reached the age of 65 at the time of his untimely death, passed away suddenly and in a manner that was shocking on the 31st of January, 2019. His passing came as a complete surprise. The news of his passing shocked everyone who had the honor of calling him a friend and having the opportunity of knowing him.
