Theresa Murray Death, Obituary – We are sorry to tell you of the demise of Theresa Murray, who served as the Past President of NACNS. Her passing has left us with a heavy heart. We are breaking the news to you that she has passed away with a heavy heart.

Please accept our condolences. She went away suddenly in the early morning hours of January 31, leaving behind her family, a substantial number of close friends, CNS colleagues, and workers. Her passing came as a shock to everyone. Everyone was taken aback by her unexpected passing.

“In the many years that I have known Teresa, and I am aware that there are a great number of CNSs all over the country who have known her for a longer period of time than I have, I have never known anyone who is more dedicated to providing excellent patient care, mentoring others, advocating for nurses, fellow CNSs, and the advancement of the CNS role than Teresa is.

In fact, I have never known anyone who is more dedicated to any of these things than Teresa is. She is someone who inspires me in a very genuine way, and I am grateful for that.” Her grin has the power to make anyone’s day better and to put a spring in anyone’s step. She always has a smile on her face.

In recognition of the significant achievements she has made throughout the course of her professional life, she has been awarded a great deal of praise in addition to a number of different honors throughout the course of her career. She was one of the first people to join NACNS and later went on to serve as the organization’s President.

She was also a founding member of the organization. She was able to find time to spend with her loved ones and friends engaging in enjoyable activities such as playing golf, going out for the evening, watching football games featuring the Colts, and participating in other types of entertaining pursuits despite the fact that her professional life kept her extremely busy.

Theresa has left the world with a legacy that includes the talent to make other people laugh, as well as genuine compassion, genuine friendship, and genuine love. It is an incredible and prosperous legacy that has been passed down.

I will miss her warm embraces, words of wisdom, friendship, tales, and the life coaching counsel that only Theresa could give since she could only give it from the heart. Those are the things that I will miss the most about Theresa. I’m going to miss having Theresa in my life as a friend, too.
