Robert Keys Obituary, Death – On February 23, 2019, Robert  Keys passed away while surrounded by his family in the comfort of his own home. He had 97 years under his belt. Robert Harry Keys was given his name by his parents, Harry Potter Keys and Marguerite McCormick Keys, on October 22, 1921 in the town of Empire, which is located in the state of Wisconsin. His parents’ names are Harry Potter Keys and Marguerite McCormick Keys.

After serving in the infantry on the home front during World War II, Robert enrolled at the Art Institute of Chicago to continue his education. After that, he worked for a few different advertising agencies that were based within the city before he arrived at his final employer, which was Recycled Paper Products, where he remained until his retirement. Robert fell in love with Gladys E. Richards, who worked as an illustrator in addition to her job as a graphic designer at Whitaker-Guernsey, where Robert was employed as a graphic designer.

The wedding took place in Evanston, Illinois, on May 17th, 1952, and the couple exchanged their vows. They had previously called the communities of Northbrook, Wilmette, and Glencoe in the state of Illinois home before making the move to Hillwinds Farm in 1972. Plymouth, Wisconsin is home to Hillwinds Farm, which can be found on Hillwind Road. They accomplished this while at the same time cultivating an artistic sanctuary on their twenty acres of land, which is where they raised their six children.

In addition to that, they opened a number of retail establishments in order to pursue their interest in exhibiting the artistic creations that had been produced by members of their family.
