Raymond Smith Obituary, Raymond Smith Has Passed Away – Death

Raymond Smith Death, Obituary –  The death of Reverend Raymond E. “Bud” Smith, who had reached the age of 78 at the time of his unexpected demise on February 5, 2023, came as a complete and utter shock to everyone. His passing occurred on that date. On February 2, 1945, he was born in Akron, and on the same day, he and his wife Ruth established the Harvestime Apostolic Temple in Hartville. His birth took place in Akron.

The sanctum sanctorum can be found in Hartville. He was the Pastor at that place for more than 44 years, during which time he served there. In 1978, he became a member of the Assemblies of the Lord Jesus Christ, and ever since then, he has served in various capacities within the church, including those of Minister, Presbyter, and Director of World Missions for the State of Ohio. Each of these positions has provided him with a significant amount of fulfillment.

After 56 years of service with Goodyear Aerospace, Reverend Smith decided it was time to hang up his work boots and retire. Serving the Lord, being with his family, playing softball, going fishing, spending time on his boat, going fishing, going camping, attending conferences, and even cutting the lawn of his neighbors with his tractor were some of the things that provided him the most joy in life.

Everyone who knew him thought highly of him and held him in high esteem; hence, his passing will be keenly felt by all of those people. He possessed genuine compassion for his fellow humans. He is survived by the lady he has loved for more than 57 years, Ruth, as well as his three children, Raymond II Smith (Linda), Christine Smith, and Cynthia (James) Maddamma.

Also surviving him are Ruth’s three children, Raymond III Smith (Linda), Christine Smith, and Cynthia (James) Maddamma. For over 57 years, Ruth was the one person he wanted to spend the rest of his life with. His great-grandchildren Jayden, Elijah, Isaiah, and Lilliana also survive him, as do his grandkids Raymond III (Brittany), Joshua, Zack, Mary, Jay, Allyson (Rick Jr.), Whitney, Jacob, and Adam. He is also survived by his great-grandchildren Jayden, Elijah, Isaiah, and Lilliana. In addition, his brother Milford will carry on his legacy after his passing (Mildred).
