Paul Mcinerney Obituary, Death – In this challenging time, the McInerney family is in our thoughts and prayers as we seek God’s guidance and strength. We are sorry for the loss of your loved one. Paul was a dedicated friend who spent his entire life being of service to the people in his community. He did this without expecting anything in return. In addition to his service in the fire department, he also spent a sizeable chunk of his career working as a
Dispatch Supervisor for the Waterford Police Department. His employment in this role spanned more than half of his professional life. Paulie was the first person to be dispatched to the location of an emergency whenever someone dialed 911, and once she arrived, she did everything in her power to ensure that everyone was able to make it back home safe and sound.
Paulie Mac was not only a devoted spouse, father, and grandfather, but he was also a trustworthy friend to a great number of other people. He passed away recently. We would like to offer our most sincere sympathies to Paulie’s family, friends, and the innumerable other people whose lives you have affected in innumerable different ways. You are going to be greatly missed.
Our sincere condolences go out to all of the members of the Paul McInerney family, as well as to our brothers and sisters in the Halfmoon-Waterford Fire District No. 1 who have been affected by this tragedy. Paul served his community in all three capacities during his time spent as a member of the Halfmoon Fire Department, the Waterford Fire Department, and the Waterford Police Department, all of which are located in Waterford. Each of these departments is responsible for maintaining public safety in Waterford. We are grateful to you, Paul, for the service that you offered; may you rest in peace; from this point forward, we will see to it that everything is taken care of.
