Julie Bylevel Death, Obituary – Our heart is heavy as we have to break the news to you that Julie Byleveld has passed away as a result of the recent discovery of her passing. At this time, we are remembering her for the 14 golden years of service that she has provided to the community, and our thoughts and prayers are with the members of her family, the friends she has made, and the devoted customers she has had throughout the years.

We pray to God that when it is eventually her time to enter his kingdom, she will find a cozy spot waiting for her there. Only Robert Rafuse, Julie’s devoted partner, her cherished children, son Jesse Hamm (Martina), daughter Miranda Hamm, and grandson Damion Hamm, and Robert Rafuse, her caring companion, will continue Julie’s work after she has passed away.

Her legacy will be carried on by these individuals. In addition, she is survived by her stepsons Zack (Angel) Hamm and Devon (Cortni) Russell, as well as the lovely families to which they each belong. Both Zack and Devon are married to their respective partners, Angel for Zack and Cortni for Devon. She gave her family both her thoughtfulness and her undivided attention at all times.

She is survived by her children, as well as her grandkids, as well as her siblings, Brenton (Denise) Smith, Ricky Smith, Fred Smith, and Kevin (Susan) Smith, as well as her sister, Valencia (Paul) Cizek. She is also survived by her siblings’ children and grandchildren. In addition, she leaves behind her grandchildren after her passing. Her brothers all have families that include children and grandchildren, and all of those families include her.

Her parents, Frederick “Fred” and Frances “Gayle” Smith, as well as her brother, Myles Smith, had already departed away before Julie Smith was even conceived. In Julie Smith’s family, she was the only kid ever born. Her husband, her son and daughter (who consumed her entire life), her grandchildren, her siblings, and so very many of her friends will miss this wonderful, loving, and precious soul very much. Her entire life revolved around her son and daughter.
