Joshua Kolstad Obituary, Joshua Kolstad has passed Away – Death

Joshua Kolstad Death, Obituary – Joshua Kolstad, a devoted son, brother, nephew, and friend, passed away on January 14, 2023. His birthday was January 14. As we make this announcement, it is with heavy hearts that we get this information. On November 6, 2001, Joshua was born. To his family and friends, he is most commonly referred to by his nickname, Josh. He was a student at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh at the time of his passing, where he was working toward earning a bachelor’s degree in business supply chain economics.

He passed away unexpectedly. During his time at high school, he was an avid sports fan who participated in a wide range of activities, including baseball, football, tae kwon do, basketball, running, and he was even on the swim and dive team. His favorite sport was football. He made the most of his free time by hanging out with his pals and playing video games when he wasn’t doing either of those things. All of the individuals who were fortunate enough to have known Josh will miss his endearing sense of humor and warm smile a great deal.

He was a friend to a very large number of individuals and brought joy to the lives of those who were fortunate enough to be in his orbit. Josh was a kind and kind person who never put his own needs before those of others. He was constantly concerned about the welfare of those around him. He never refused to lend a hand when asked. His family consists of his sister Sydney, his parents Rick and Kristin (Mantel) Kolstad, and his grandparents David and Rose Kolstad of Fond du Lac, as well as Michael and Terry Mantel of Hubertus. Rick and Kristin (Mantel) Kolstad met when they were both students at the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

His sister Sydney, his parents Rick and Kristin (Mantel) Kolstad, and his grandparents David and Rose Kolstad are the only members of his family who will carry on after his passing. In addition, he is survived by his cousins Maggie and Emma Mantel, as well as his aunt and uncle, Brian and Mel Kolstad, all of whom live in Fond du Lac; Steven and Hanna Mantel, who live in Neenah; Andy and Kelly Mantel, who live in Eagle River; and all of his aunts and uncles. All of his cousins and aunts and uncles also survive him.
