John Steer Obituary, John Steer Has Passed Away – Death

John Steer Death, Obituary – A longstanding friend and family member who had been like a brother to us passed away, and we bade him farewell for the last time. Yesterday evening was the time set aside for the event. There is a good chance that a good number of the people in this room are aware that John Steer is a survivor of the battle at Dak To, Hill 875, where he suffered terrible leg wounds and had an arm amputated.

There is also a good chance that a good number of these people are aware of the fact that John Steer is a veteran. This is an excellent opportunity since there is a fair likelihood that a good majority of the individuals currently present in this room are aware of the fact that John Steer is a combatant who managed to escape the conflict unscathed. He will be laid to rest at Arlington, which is where the cemetery is, as soon as there is a place in the cemetery that can be assigned for him.

The cemetery is located in Arlington. Surviving members of his family include his wife, Kathryn (Fitzpatrick) O’Bryant, whom he married on May 26, 1973; his three children, Robert (Lisa) O’Bryant, of Youngstown; Steven (Danette) O’Bryant of Salem; and Daniel (fiancé Caitlyn) O’Bryant of Salem; and seven grandchildren, Colleen, Aspen, Mathew, Elizabeth, and Sophia.

In addition to his own parents, Jerry O’Bryant lost both of his brothers, David and Timothy O’Bryant, as well as his sister, Shirley Mearns, and one of his great-grandchildren, Brooklyn Estep. He was also preceded in death by his own parents. Additionally, his sister Shirley Mearns passed away before him. In addition to this, Jerry has outlived all of his other siblings, which is an impressive feat in and of itself.

His instructions are that there won’t be any services that are available to the general public, so don’t expect any. The Stark Memorial Funeral Home and Cremation Services are going to be the ones in charge of making all of the essential preparations for the funeral service. They are the ones who are accountable for completing such a duty or responsibility.
