Jean Smith Death, Obituary – Following Jean Smith’s passing, her loved ones and friends have asked for prayers for the departed person’s consolation and fortitude in the face of their loss (first row, second in from left at a Christmas party with her Missoula P.E.O. Chapter). She passed away the week before the previous one, not even close to three months after her husband, Mack, had passed away.
During those 23 years, I had one of the closest relationships I’ve ever had with another person since we were really close. I loved them as if they were my own biological parents, just as they loved me as if I were their own biological daughter. They loved me as if I were their own biological daughter. They referred to me as their daughter the entire time we were together.
Your loved ones would like to take advantage of this occasion to convey their sincere appreciation to each and every member of the Rapelje Nursing Home personnel. During the time that our mother was in their care, she received care that was both compassionate and of the greatest possible standard. In addition, I would want to take this time to express my gratitude to the staff members of the palliative care team at the Great Niagara General Hospital for the outstanding level of care and support that they provided.
When Jean passed away, her wishes were honored, and her body was cremated as she had requested before she passed away. The family of Jean will let everyone know in the spring about the Celebration of her Life that is going to be held in her honor, and they will do so in the spring.
