George Chyzy Death, Obituary – A relatively recent event, the death of George Chyzy, took place. Since he had been the Fire Chief of the Arborg Bifrost Fire Department in the past, people referred to him as the “previous incumbent” of that position. He was known for his leadership. It is with a heavy heart that we have to tell you the news on this latest turn of events, but we are obligated to do so.
During this sad time, our deepest sympathies go out to each and every member of his family, as well as to his closest friends. In addition to his other obligations as an active member of the MAFC Executive between the years 1997 and 2010, Chief Chyzy served as President of the MAFC between the years 2006 and 2008.
This position was held by Chief Chyzy between the years 2006 and 2008. Between the years of 2006 and 2008, Chief Chyzy was in charge of this organization. Chief Chyzy was honored and conferred with a Life Membership in the Manitoba Association of Fire Chiefs during the conference that took place in 2019 in the province of Manitoba in Canada (MAFC). This membership was bestowed upon him as a token of appreciation for the work that he had done.
