Eric Murray Death, Obituary – We are deeply troubled to inform you of the demise of Eric Murray, who was a much-loved life member of our organization, and we want to express our condolences to his family and friends. We have been involved with this organization for a good number of years now as members. A memorial service in celebration of Eric’s life will be held during the inaugural meeting of our branch in 2023, which will take place on February 24 at 6:00 p.m. and is scheduled to take place in 2023.

These are the primary sources of information. The compassion that Eric showed toward the community was unparalleled and could not be equaled by anybody else.

He achieved this by providing financial support to students’ educational endeavors because he believed that it was essential to encourage both existing forensic students and professionals to continue their careers in the field. Students will have the option to participate in the well-known ANZFSS symposia thanks to the organization’s provision of travel money for those students.

Eric increased his support for the society by launching a Professional Development award in the previous year. The winners of this award were selected from among the members of the society. This grant was established to assist forensic scientists in completing research projects, going on sabbaticals, and taking advantage of other opportunities to advance their careers.

Its objective is to provide financial assistance to those individuals. Because of Eric’s persistent focus, a great number of people’s careers in the field of forensics have evolved and improved during that time. The New South Wales Branch will make sure that Eric’s name is honored in our community by presenting these honours onto him. This will ensure that his legacy lives on. As a result of our actions, we shall continue the tradition that he has established.
