When we learned that dad had passed away earlier today after a valiant battle with cancer, each and every one of us was left in a state of bewilderment and grief when we were informed of the news. Prior to the time that we had this talk, he had already been putting up a fight against the sickness for a sizeable amount of time.

Eric was a member of the band and contributed songs while they were headquartered out of the city of Athens, which is found in the state of Georgia.
