His extensive experience as a professional working at an information technology help desk, which he has accumulated over the course of many years, proved to be of immense use as the importance of his contributions became increasingly obvious. In addition to that, he made a constructive contribution by having a funny outlook on life, which was an advantageous quality to possess.
Because he was in possession of such a huge amount of information pertaining to the topic at hand, his colleagues had entire faith in him to provide answers to challenging questions. Because of his extensive expertise and meticulous approach, he was promoted to the post of our Customer Service Manager, which is a role he has held for more than half of the time he has been with the company.
