Cody Clark Obituary, Cody Clark Has passed Away – Death

Cody Clark Death, Obituary – Cody James Clark, who was from Leavenworth and was 28 years old at the time of his death on January 31st, 2023, passed away. On October 19, 1994, James “Jim” Clark and Lorianne “Lori” Clark became parents for the first time when their son was born in the United States Army Hospital located in Wurzberg, Germany. He was given the same name as his father. Cody continued his education after graduating from Leavenworth High School in 2012 by enrolling at Highland Community College in Atchison, Kansas. There, he studied automotive technology and earned an associate’s degree. Currently, he is employed in the automotive industry.

After graduating from Highland, Cody initially found work as a mechanic at a local car dealership. However, he eventually transitioned into the construction and mechanical work fields after gaining experience in those industries. Cody spent a number of years working in the construction industry in Lansing for LeavCon construction prior to accepting his current position as the Director of Public Works at Fort Leavenworth. Cody is currently stationed at Fort Leavenworth (DPW).

Cody continued his work on the construction of Fort Leavenworth, as well as the maintenance and repair of the historic buildings that were a part of the fort. Anything that required him to put in some effort physically was his go-to form of recreation. His lifelong passion was skateboarding, and he utilized this passion to convince his parents to build a skateboard half-pipe that was 20 feet in length and 8 feet in height. Cody even helped out with the layout of the Leavenworth Skate Park back in 2009 when he was a part of the design team. After some time, he broadened his interests to include riding Razors and competing anywhere there was a vertical obstacle to overcome.

Cody is survived in death by his most beloved Catahoula Leopard dog, sweet Maggie; his parents, Jim and Lori Clark of Leavenworth, Kansas; his brothers, Ben Forsythe of Lihue, Hawaii, and Patrick Clark of Leavenworth, Kansas; his girlfriend, Keely Brown and her son, Brantley of Leavenworth, Kansas; and his brothers, Patrick Clark and Ben Forsythe. Cody is also survived in death by his most beloved catahoula leopard dog, Additionally, Cody was preceded in death by both of his grandparents, Jim and Lori Clark.
