Christopher George Death, Obituary – We are sorry to inform you of the demise of Chris, who served as an Honorary Steward for our organization. Chris was a longtime member of our community. It is with a heavy heart that we have to break this news to you, but it is necessary. Christopher George Parr Ferris was a member of the Dartmouth community who played an active role in its development. Starting on the 10th of March 1940 and going all the way through the 26th of January 2023, this event will take place.
An honorary job at the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta serving in both the capacity of collector and steward. A journalist whose bylines have been published in a variety of media, including the Dartmouth Chronicle, the Western Morning News, the Oldham Chronicle, the Yorkshire Evening Post, the Daily Telegraph, and the Sunday Times, among other publications. Sometimes a student of medicine, sometimes a student of philosophy,
sometimes a cab driver, sometimes a teacher, and sometimes a farmer of sheep. Occasionally a farmer of sheep. In addition to being an active boater, walker, cider drinker, painter, and wall builder, she is also a fashion disaster and traveler to far-off locales. Her list of hobbies also includes wall building. Respected head of the Parr Ferris family, cherished spouse of Gabriel Mary Ferris (Gay/Gael), devoted father and grandfather, and revered patriarch of the family
After the person who has passed away has passed away, a funeral service will be held at St. Saviour’s Church in Dartmouth on Thursday, February 9 at 2:00 p.m. to commemorate their life. At this time, flowers should only be sent to the immediate family. There is a collection that is being taken up in the church for the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta, and donations can be contributed to that event through that collection, or they can be mailed to R.
