Carol Milliron Obituary, Marietta Georgia, Carol Milliron Has Died At Age 55 – Death
Carol Milliron Obituary, Death – Carol Pingry Milliron, a Marietta, Georgia resident who was 55 years old and diagnosed with breast cancer on January 25, 2023, fought a courageous battle against the disease until the day she passed away. Before she was born, both of her parents, Jack Pingry and Barbara Pingry, who had been residents of Carrollton, Georgia, passed away. Only Carol’s husband of 28 years, Mark Milliron, her son Charlie Milliron, and her daughter Mel will remember her.
Mark Milliron is also the only person who knew Carol’s daughter Mel. Carol Milliron, one of our most treasured and cherished coworkers, lost her courageous battle with cancer and passed away recently. I am telling you this news with a heavy heart because I know how it will affect you. In addition to being a wife and the mother of two children, Carol was a staunch advocate for the rights of women and a genuine source of inspiration. Her joy, self-assurance, and generosity shone through like the sun, and it was impossible to miss.
Carol and I began working together at She Speaks in 2008, and I will be forever grateful for the years that we spent there. During that time, we became good friends. There are many wonderful and hilarious moments, such as the very first picture I have of the two of us together, which was taken in 2008 and features us standing next to the Oscar Mayer wienermobile. This is just one example of the many wonderful and hilarious moments that have occurred.
A sizeable number of you have reached out to us to convey how much Carol meant to you and to inquire about ways in which you can assist Carol’s family in some fashion. We are grateful to everyone who has taken the time to do so. Both of Carol’s children are fervent supporters of Camp Kesem, in addition to being the wonderful children that they are. Camp Kesem is a non-profit organization that provides children whose lives have been impacted by the cancer of a parent with free programs throughout the entire year as well as a camp experience during the summer. These programs and the camp experience are available to children only.
