Bob Hayter Death, Obituary – As a way to show our appreciation for Bobby and contribute to the festivities, we are planning to take him swimming at the Baths first thing this morning. It was agreed that the mile swim should be renamed in honor of Bob Hayter because he was such a well-liked member of the club and because he passed away abruptly and unexpectedly while doing something that he enjoyed (swimming) just before the event.
This competition will hereafter be known as the Bob Hayter Memorial Mile Swim, after the individual who was responsible for organizing it in the past. Come spend some time with us about nine in the morning to kickstart a productive day and get things moving in the right direction.
There will be a total of six lanes available, with two lanes set aside specifically for travel at a slow rate, two lanes set aside specifically for travel at a medium rate, and two lanes set aside specifically for travel at a rapid rate. While you are in the left lane of that pair, you should move forward. After that, you should switch to the right lane of that pair and swim in the opposite direction while you are in that lane.
