Allan Curtis Obituary, Allan Curtis Has Sadly Passed Away – Death
Allan Curtis Death, Obituary – We would like to extend our most sincere condolences to anyone who may have known the exceptional individual who died away recently from our carnival community or worked with them in any capacity. He was not your typical man, and if it were not for him, we would not be able to hold the Illuminated Carnival in Midsomer Norton. The passing of Allan Curtis occurred on the 21st of January when he was 83 years old. He was a remarkable and remarkable man.
Allan was absolutely and utterly at the very center of the small group of local residents who, in 1975, after the carnival had been canceled 14 years earlier, desired to bring it back to life. This desire was expressed in spite of the fact that the carnival had been discontinued. Soon after that, he was elected to serve as the first Chairman of our contemporary carnival association, and he put in a significant amount of effort to make that ambition into the reality that it is today.
Allan served as Chairman for fourteen years and continued to make significant contributions to the growth of our carnival for a significant number of years by offering helpful suggestions and also contributing his first-hand perspective to the development of our history page. Allan previously held the position of Chairman for fourteen years.
We owe an unlimited amount of gratitude to Allan for the spectacular carnival legacy that he left behind. Allan committed well over 40 years of his life to the Midsomer Norton Carnival. His dream will continue to motivate the generation that comes after it, and that generation will, in turn, use it to motivate the generation that comes after them. You are really kind, and I pray that Allan will finally find peace.
