Locum, who was 22 years old, was killed in the collision, which took place early in the morning.

Reports indicate that Locum was behind the wheel of a Nissan Murano on South 151st Avenue near Z Street in Millard at approximately 3 a.m. on Thursday when, for reasons that are unknown, the vehicle veered off the roadway and crashed into a tree.
